- You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts to manipulate referrals or applications
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
3. Job listings & applications
Employers and HR users are responsible for the accuracy of job posts. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of résumés and application materials. Referme.job does not guarantee hiring outcomes, interview calls, or job offers.
4. Referral program
Referral rewards, where offered, are subject to employer rules and platform policies. Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or misrepresentation may result in forfeiture of rewards and account action.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or discriminatory content
- Scrape, spam, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
- Harass other users or impersonate individuals or organizations
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
6. Intellectual property
Platform design, branding, software, and content owned by Referme.job may not be copied or redistributed without permission. User-submitted content remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display and process it for platform operations.
7. Paid services
Fees for premium features are disclosed at purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy of third-party listings, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for decisions made by employers or candidates.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
