By using our platform and making any payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made on ReferJob.me are strictly non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

·         Subscription fees

·         Job posting fees (if applicable)

·         Candidate service charges

·         Referral-related service fees

·         Promotional or add-on purchases

·         Any other payment made on the platform

Once a payment is completed, you cannot request cancellation or a refund under any circumstances.

3. Why Payments Are Non-Refundable

Payments are non-refundable for the following reasons:

·         Instant activation of digital services

·         Immediate processing of job/referral data

·         System resources allocated as soon as a service is purchased

·         Usage-based or one-time access that cannot be reversed

·         Administrative and operational expenses incurred immediately

Because digital and employment-related services are consumed instantly, reversing or refunding payments is not feasible.

4. Exceptional Situations (No Guarantee of Refund)

Although refunds are generally not provided, ReferJob.me may review exceptional cases at its sole discretion, such as:

·         Duplicate payment due to a proven technical error

·         Billing mistakes caused by ReferJob.me systems

·         Fraudulent transactions (subject to investigation)

Even in such scenarios, approval is not guaranteed, and ReferJob.me reserves full authority to accept or reject refund requests.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first is considered a violation of this policy.

If a user files an unauthorized or false chargeback:

·         Their account may be suspended

·         Access to services may be revoked

·         Legal action may be considered for misuse of services

6. Cancellation Policy

Since payments are non-refundable:

·         Users may request to cancel future renewals (if subscriptions exist)

·         Already-used services cannot be reversed or refunded

·         Canceling an account does not entitle users to a refund

If ReferJob.me approves a refund in rare cases, the following applies:

·         Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

·         Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

·         Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider
